Thrush Mouth, I Need to know if i should be admitted to a hospital,since it is in my throat and my stomach.?

I have a severe case of thrush mouth. Also, i have had menstral bleeding and, a rapid production of yeast that even after four treatments, will not go away. Getting knee surgery in 2 weeks....have a few questions...?

I have seen numerous other patients at the physical therapy clinic I go to that have had knee surgery. Every one of them have worn shorts in the winter. My knees haven't been operated on yet, but I had to wear a stabilizer when I busted my right kneecap 28 years ago. Possible Lightning Damage to Phone System (UK) ..?

A few weeks ago my router/modem and PC packed up and at first I thought that I had no BT Broadband supply. The BT engineer called and confirmed that my Broadband connection was fine but it seemed that my router had completely failed and the network adaptor card on my PC had also failed. He stated that lightning had struck my neighbours property on the same day that I had the fault ( blowing out their own BT Telephone box ) and I had probably suffered a damaging power surge as result. I have replaced the router/modem and had a new motherboard fitted and I am now back on line. However, I am left with severe crackling on some of my home phones, with one phone working fine. Can anyone advised if the other phones could have been damaged by the surge, or the telephone box/outlet or the broadband filters? And what should I do to test for any fault? How can i make my dog relax on walks?

i work as a dog walker, only little dogs, and a few of them are nervous like you describe your pug ... my system when i have a dog like that is to walk the dog beside me on a short leash, no waving from side to side or back and forth, a short lead and a collar not a harness (i know that is hard with pugs, i am pretty sure they require a harness which is unfortunate because it gives you minimal control and makes it difficult for a quick correction) and i just keep walking for the first half of the walk completely ignoring anything that makes them anxious and most importantly, ignoring their anxious response ... i pretend like it is not even happening and keep moving ... you have to remind yourself the dog is not in any danger and to keep him moving is what you want ... do not stop and sit and click and relax, keep moving ... stopping it probably stressing the dog out more and in my opinion the behaviour would escalate ... i do not drag, but i also do not acknowledge anything that triggers them like bikes, skateboards, strollers ... i usually will see those triggers before the dog and that way i can steady myself to keep walking like nothing is happening (when i first started dog walking i would get anxious and tense seeing a trigger and that only made everything worse, i had to train myself to stay calm otherwise how can the dog be calm) ... i do not think you should make the dog sit and click and praise ... i personally think that is confusing for the dog ... like you are trying to get the dog to walk past things that stress him out and instead of ignoring which is what you want you are marking the anxious behavior and rewarding it by clicking or providing a treat ... i found it took about a month for most of the anxious ones to mellow ... so i would do the first half of the walk just walking, no sniffing, no nothing ... it should be about the dog focused on you and walking and nothing else ... and when you turn around to come home, the dog will have used up some energy and will want to do some sniffing about, which will change his focus from stressful things in the environment ... i have done this with many small dogs over the years and it has worked every single time ... any anxiety not based in reality, you ignore, you do not let him know there is nothing to be afraid of ... you SHOW him by taking charge that there is nothing to be afraid of and moving past his stressors like you are walking by your tv ... but you say nothing to him verbally when he is behaving anxious ... if you have a friend with a calm dog, walking with a calm dog helps too ... good luck :O)

Just tired of feeling tired...help for this fibromyalgia symptom please?

I started Neurontin when I got diagnosed last month. I already was on and continue taking muscle relaxer every night. The Neurontin is great for my pain but if I miss a dose watch out, I am in great pain the next day! I take tramadol for breakthrough pain which is just okay but I still need ibuprophen almost daily. The worst part of this syndrome is the fatigue though! It makes me feel so helpless sometimes and I barely have strength somedays to get showered and dressed and do the things most people take for granted. Today I woke up so strung out feeling and I don't know why? I felt drugged and breathless and really tired and I was soo miserable and could barely move.Could it be because I missed my neurontin dose the night before and when I took it last night it made me feel that way? I was diagnosed with MVP a couple years ago and do get that way sometimes but wonder if that was the cause this morning. I had to take some of my husbands percocet just to get going this morning (he has myofascial pain syndrome) Anyone with personal experience have any tips? New brake rotor, but not new pads?

ok, so a few weeks ago I had a flat on my pick up, driver front, I changed to the spare wheel and tire, but it was so rusted, that it would not take highway speeds, and actually wobbled off on the interstate, fun right, NOT, anyways, it completely destroyed the brake rotor. This weekend, I finally had the money to buy the parts to fix the truck, I only bought a new rotor though, I cleaned and repacked the bearings, and ajusted them accordingly the rotor I bought already had the racers in it, I had the good tire put on the good rim, and bought new lug nuts for it, it seems to be fine, but there is a kind of squealing noise, very faint but its there. I think its just do to the fact that I have old pads on a new rotor, I know I should have replaced them as well, but I just didnt have the money, I will do it eventually, before things get bad. My question is, do you think that its just the old pads on the new rotor, or could I have another problem, I'm very paranoid when it comes to strange noises from my truck so please help me out if you can! I also made sure to repack the bearings with fresh grease, so I know thats not the problem

well my grandpa died in march and he didnt have a will so my mom had to decide who got what before my grandpa died he told my mom everything that each kid should get (he had 7 kids) so my mom gives them what there suppost to and more but my uncle and ill tell you why. so there was a house in his name and the house was suppost to be my moms since him and her bought it togather a long time ago but mty grandpa was living there at the moment with my grandpa till he died but he has never paid rentin the 6 years he has lived there so my mom let him have a chance and let him live in there for like 2 months but yet he doesnt pay so she talks to him and says hey you havnt paid i dont want to do this but im gunna have to kick you out so he gets violent throughs punchs left and right so mymom trys calling her mom and says i need your help she says i cant go. finally the cops come but yet now my grandma comes and even though she wasnt there she says my mom started the fight and bla blah blah. so my uncle takes my mom to court and they say you have 6 months to move out if you pay the last 2 months utillites but he says no so the judge gives him about a week. so a week comes and we go over there to go see if he left he did but he had a huge mess so the whole summer we had to clean it all up he had huge wholes in the wall my my painted every room and paid people to fix it up. also my uncle took everything of my grandpas like quarters from back in the 1800 and antique plates ext. i got one of my grandpas trucks for collage and a pocket watch and my uncle gets a bed pictures and it all what ever he didnt want the tyhrew on the floor. so after we were done fixing it up my mom let one of her friends moved in when they were moving she yells at everyone and says this is stupid but before the fight she was all for it.so my uncle moves in with her yet he still doesnt work. also he took money out of my grandpas cd about 14,000 dollars and yet some of it goes to his car. i dont know the exact amout that hes suppost to have from my grandpa but i think its less than 14,000 and those quarters are proably about 100 dollars each. even though my uncle cant see his kids cause he cant pay his child support my grandma pushs away the grand kids she does have. also he eneded up going to jail for about a week for his depts in child supporty but yet my grandma still bails him out. christmas is the same thanmsging isnt the same nither is me birthday. i think about it everyday i just need to know whos doing the right thing

Nikon D40 DSLR compared to Nikon D60 DSLR?

Hi, I am deciding between a D40 and a D60 DSLR. This would be my first DSLR and I am on a budget. Besides the difference in megapixels, I found out that D40 uses D-Lighting whilst D60 uses active D-Lighting. Just to like to ask if there is any big difference in these functions in bright scenes. I found 2 deals both come with dual lens VR lens (15-55mm and 55-200mm) D40 at S$1099 whilst D60 at S$1299. The D60 comes with an extra tripod. Other free gives common for the both include a 4Gb SD card, card reader, lenspen micro(What's that?), umbrella, Bag(Nikon brand for D40, lowepro brand for D60) Megapixels do not matter to me, just the camera performance. The way CO(carbon monoxide) measurement works is that the blood test (if thats how they t4ested it, because there are other ways to go about it) tells you the percent of Hemoglobin (the sites on the blood cells that carry oxygen, carbon dioxide or carbon monoxide) that is saturated with CO. That means that is your mom has 46% saturated by Co then 54% is left to carry oxygen and CO2. If someone suffering from smoke inhalation (like that from a fire) has a Co level of 10 percent they are likely to has some serious symptoms and if they are closer to 50% they are likely to be unconscious or having a seizure. A normal non smokers level of CO is usually less than 1% and a smokers level is usually in the 2-4% range. So from my end it would make much more sense to expect your mom to have a level of 4.6% rather than 46%... 46 is a really high number. Half the CO in your system leaves your body in 4-6 hours too so for your mom too be able to keep a level of 46% would take a lot of cigarettes to keep up with... if it really is 46% i dont know what to tell you because that is really high. If its 4.6% then thats not too far off from normal.

Sometimes he sticks her in his mouth but he never bits hard and she never hides from him either. He thinks they are playing but she is serious. You should put up signs and warn your landlord. You should either have him or her only come over when someone is in the house to get control of the cat or at least give you a heads up if they are going into your house. If your landlord enters without you present or telling you and gets attacked then he/she entered at their own risk knowing full well what to expect, but if he/she enters after telling you and you give her piece of mind that everything is okay then that is a strong case for your landlord. I'd keep the cat in a room when your not home like the bathroom or laundry room. Does marrying a devout Christian mean marrying someone boring?

I'm a Christian, and most people I know are Christians (yeah, I live in SC) and I'd like to think that we live a pretty normal life. I don't think that you can clify all Christians as being boring, just like you can't clify all Americans as stupid (although, lets face it, it seems like smart Americans are the minority). The church I go to is a Community church, where we have a full band (yes, churches CAN have electric guitars and a drum set) go on a lot of trips (skiing, white water rafting, mountain biking, go to Atlanta), serve the community, and do crazy stuff. Do we go out and get drunk every night, end up in jail, or run a crack house? No. I don't know that I like the word "devout," I mean, if your Christian, you're Christian, there shouldn't be a "devout" group and an "un-devout" group. You serve God, everyday, by following His word, and being a light into the darkness. This doesn't mean preaching on sidewalks, or asking people for money, it means showing everyone, believers and non-believers alike, that you love everyone with a Christ-like love, not being judgmental, and persevering through the hard times because of the faith you have in God that everything happens according to His plan. God is awesome, and definitely not boring. Just read the Bible, and you'll see for yourself. There's college-age kids walking into fire, people rising from the dead, even a message about the end of time. There's a heck of a love story, too, in Song of Solomon. Romance, action, drama, comedy. Its got it all. Long story short...a person is going to be boring no matter what faith (if any) they practice. If the church he goes to is boring, find a different church, one with a younger crowd, and get involved!

I have social anxiety and it seems every person I try to have a conversation with it feels akward. I never feel relaxed around anyone (even my parents) and it never gets any better. Sociology is about peoples views on things such as marriage, health, education, religion etc. It has a good relation to history too because it relates to things in the past such as WW1 and WW2. If i was you i wouldn't do art and textiles unless you're wanting to do a job in that in the future. Sociology and history bring out more options.

Yes, I can. A preset prop is one that is set on the stage before the play or scene has started. For instance, if the opening scene is set at a dinner table, the plates on the table would be "pre-set" (unless otherwise specified by the script). As for the other two, I'm not sure if theres a difference between them. A personal prop would be for somthing like: if your character has chapped lips, then his personal prop would be chap stick. I dont know how chap stick is not also a handheld prop. I guess its time to go back to theatre school. Good luck!

Unless you have done this before and know how to reset the intonation, I would not suggest taking off the NECK. The fretboard you talk about it is part of the neck. The 4 screws are all you need to remove, there is no glue. Take care to line up the screw holes when you reattach the neck so you don't strip out the holes. Now you can restring the guitar an set the intonation. Better idea, get a flight case and don't worry about the baggage handlers.

I have parental controls set on all of our TVS. No rated R-no -no violence-no language, certain channels are completely blocked. etc etc etc. I limit extensively what my children watch. It makes no sense for a child to watch adult themed shows, as they hardly get the point of the show. My children really do not have time for tv anyhow with school, homework, sports practices and games. There is a reason, tv, books, and video games are rated by content or age comprehension.(the golden comp, my children would not even watch, they were bored, however given the content of the movie they do not need to watch it anyhow.)

My lug nut snapped off. Is my axle "torn"?

I have a 2004 Hyundai Elantra with 100k+ miles. I got my brakes done twice at this same gas station...but anyway, my front tire was bald so one day I woke up to a flat. I tried driving it up to the gas station to put air in it, but failed. Thank Goodness there was a mechanic driving by. He came over & put my donut om my car, except the guys at the gas station put my lug nut on too tight, so it snapped off. Its been a good 3 months since then, and I hear creaking noises near the tire that my lug nut snapped off of. It also pops sometimes, you can feel it under your feet. I went to a mechanic and he said i have a tear in BOTH axles and i need to buy 2 axles. Do you think it could just be the "boot" or could it be the axle? Both axles...? Did the problem run across my car? I went to my discount auto parts place i always go to and my axles go for $70 each + $50 each that i get back when i bring them my old axles. How much is labor for this type of job? Do I really need both axles or is he trying to get me for my money? (Im going to get a second opinion, but not anytime soon)

I just got a tattoo on my back and I went to a legit tattoo shop. They told me to use a very thin layer of neosporin the first few days, although many people say not to use neosporin. My tattoo is black with no color so will it be fine? They wouldn't tell me to use neosporin if it was bad for my tattoo right? 16 mth Baby's ill- if I give up work to look after her what benefits can I get?

Why does music sound bad played through my guitar amplifier from my laptop?

She is my husbands, brother’s wife. I have to spend a lot of time with my husband’s brother and his wife. We all have a family cabin together and my husband and his brother work for the same company. I dread anytime I have to go to a work party, to the cabin, or to anything where the sister-in-law will be. My husband already knows that I dislike her and he tries to like her, but thinks she is frustrating too. She always talks about herself and NEVER asks anyone about anything they are up to. She has been in the family for about four years now and I have been in the family for about six years and she knows NOTHING about me or my husband. The other night my husband and I and his bro and the sis in law went to a football game together. I had a HIDA scan done on my gall bladder and it came back that my gall bladder is at zero function?

Now they are suggesting surgery. I only went to the dr because I was having really bad acid reflux. He said that it was probably an ulcer and put me on Aciphex. I went back a month later and told him that, yes, the Aciphex was helping but it wasn't completely helping. I still have problems when I eat red meat or eat really spicy foods. But other than that, I'm not really having any problems. Is surgery the way to go or can I keep my gall bladder?

ive started soccer in the 7th grade and learned alot. I am now entering the freshman year and since ive just recently turned 15 i want to take my pion seriously. through the years i have progressed quite fast. i have mastered many moves and tricks playing the sport. the rainbow, snake, around the world, and the reverse snake are only a few of many i have mastered. my problem is that the high school's soccer team that im entering isnt very skilled and i am afraid i wont go anywhere with them. I have practiced with them and havent even played serious and i kept up with the seniors and overplayed most of the others. I am thinkin about joinin a club instead of this since it might give me more experience. Also i would like more tips on playing forward. 1988 CR250R full rebuild?

I have an awesome '88 CR that needs a full rebuild of the engine. When I got the bike, it ran ok, then the frikin top end blew up. The piston intake skirt shattered. I took perfect care of the bike and everything. The funny thing is, when I took the jug off, the original stock piston was still in there. The bike never had a top end rebuild done, amazing it survived 20 years with out one. Anyway, I would like some information about what you guys think it would cost to get a entire rebuild of the engine, top and bottom, to get this beast back from the dead. Thanks.

Hooking PC to JVC LCD Television?

I have a 37" JVC LCD mounted on my wall, I have ran 1 HDMI, 1 Coax, and 1 Set component cables to this TV. The cables run into the back of a closet where I have a Wii, DVD player, HD dish receiver, Surround Sound Head, and a VCR. The dvd player is tied onto the coax via a converter plugged up in series with the VCR. The HDMI is ran directly between the Sat. Receiver and the TV. The component cables run to the Wii. I use a Universal RF-10 remote package to control all of it. What I would like to do is hook an old computer up as well. I have a lot of home movies stored on my computer, I also have 3 towers sitting around going to waste. None of the computers have Video Cards with compatible outputs to the TV. Can I use an adapter to convert the VGA signal to a Component cable? What would be drawbacks? What are advantages? and what would this cost minus the cost of additional component cables?

How do I correct my audio in my DVD?

I recently made a DVD using Windows DVD maker in windows 7. I got my mpeg. video and put in the window, and it started encoding the file into the DVD-R. I played my DVD on my TV and the audio was 5-10 secs ahead of the video. Thinking it was just a glitch, I did made a new DVD, the same problem occured. The video works fine when I play it on the computer, but when I burn a DVD with it and play it with my TV or other computers the audio is ahead of the video. Please help me!!!

25 y/o trying to relate to parents.?

A few nights ago a guy friend who happens to like me (we go on dates) picked me up from my parents house who Im staying with for 2 months. Just to go out to a show at a bar. What can a baby iguana be housed with?

Hi. I have a 12 inch baby iguana that I was housing with my larger iguanafor a while and he LOVED the bigger iguana. Now he's in his own tank and I have just finished building him a inclosure of his own. Only problem is I think he's lonely now. His enclosure is 4 foot long , 4 feet high and 2 feet deep. So it will house him or a while at least. I was wondering why could house him with. The oter iguana is a lot bigger ten him and it made me nervous but he loved being with her. Just to let you kbiw. I have tried several and some are actually really good and ironically better for you than human snacks. I used to work in pet stores so I got bored and started trying them. I went to a party last night and I was playing with the family dog. I gave him a dried chicken snack they had in this bag and tried one myself. Tasted just like beef jerky except according to the label, it wasn't near as salty. People around me at the party seemed off put by the fact that I was eating it. the US healthcare system seems pretty screwed up to me, we pay 3X as much other developed nations for our healthcare but its still not all that good, our birthing deaths are 3 times that of countries like japan and sweden and our life expectancy is one of the worst, up to 5 years less, we also have the worst turnouts for many fairly common medical procedures. we say that we have the best medical technology because we have the most mri units, open heart surgery centers, lithotripsy scanning centers, ct scanning centers and cardiac catheterization centers. but socialized countries dont need to have all this equipment because the hospitals aren't competing with each other and if someone needs any of this done you could just send them to a hospital 10 mins away, another thing is hospitals like jefferson healthcare (where my dad works, i get most of this from him) dont have any negotiating power with large insurance or pharmaceutical companies and end up paying $10.00 for a pill that cost $.01 to make, anyways, as you can probably see my view on this is fairly one sided so if you can help me to understand a Conservative standpoint on all of this please do

Okay I need some advice here. One of my really good friends is absolutely obsessed with having a girl. Last year we were pregnant together and the moment we found out she said “oh I know you are having a boy and mines a girl” and she just kept going on and on about hers being a girl and at her 20 week ultrasound she found out she was having a boy and she was in denial for really long time. Now I am pregnant with my second baby and I am still really early and do not know the gender and I don’t care what I have as long as the baby is healthy and we went out to lunch and she goes “oh well I know this is a boy and kind of laughed and then she went on to say “oh and we are trying for another and it’s going to be a girl. I just do not know how to deal with her, I just don’t see why it’s such a priority for her to tell me what I’m having or constantly empower herself? My husband had root c done about two years ago and all was fine until yesterday when pain started suddenly and is getting rapidly worse. He went back to the dentist today and was given a prescription for penicillin and pain meds. He was told to come back next week for a consultation on how to proceed. They will most likely want to do the costly and long procedure over again. My husband would rather just pull the tooth and be done with it. I think he should try to keep the tooth.
