My dog keeps throwing up?

he threw up 3 times, he was outside for a while and he came in and now hes sick. he most likley ate a rock, he does it all the time. but, usually he wont eat anything and he ate a little turkey. theres nothing in his puke, its all phlegm. what should i do? my moms at work, and its over an hour away. my dad lives 2 hours away. i have no one to call, the closest vet is a mile away and i cant drive and i have no money.
