I'm in remission from nasal pharyngeal cancer.But Ihave so many side effects. Can any one who has had this hel?

My side effects is that I lost my thyroid from radiation. I'm very tired all thetime I keep getting yeast infections. And my pelvic hurts often. Igain a lot of weight when I DONT EAT VERY MUCH.mY MOUTH IS ALWAYS DRY.iS THERE ANY ONE WHO HAS BATTLE NASAL PHARYNGEAL CANCER, AND CAN HELP ME WITH MY SIDE EFFECTS.
