I was watching some old Nickelodeon cartoons and..?

i was on YouTube watching old Nick cartoons remembering my childhood:) best cartoons i think were from late 80s and the whole 90s era (even SpongeBob) my question is.. what do you guys think is the greatest Nickelodeon cartoon or show of all time??? I think its a tie between Rugrats and Doug.
