Want to join Delta Sigma Theta, but my school doesn't have a chapter?

I'm transferring to Chico State in the Fall, but Chico doesn't have a Delta Chapter, neither do I think they have any non-panhellenic fraternities and sororites. Can anyone give me any information, maybe someone who attends Chico state.
