I'm confused. How does Hamlet's view of death, as a humanist, differ from that of a Medieval Christian?

I have to write a paper on Hamlet and I don't understand how the views of humanists and Medieval Christians play a part in Shakespeare's overall view of death in Hamlet. Can someone help me figure this out?
