I need to kow whos doing the right thing?

well my grandpa died in march and he didnt have a will so my mom had to decide who got what before my grandpa died he told my mom everything that each kid should get (he had 7 kids) so my mom gives them what there suppost to and more but my uncle and ill tell you why. so there was a house in his name and the house was suppost to be my moms since him and her bought it togather a long time ago but mty grandpa was living there at the moment with my grandpa till he died but he has never paid rentin the 6 years he has lived there so my mom let him have a chance and let him live in there for like 2 months but yet he doesnt pay so she talks to him and says hey you havnt paid i dont want to do this but im gunna have to kick you out so he gets violent throughs punchs left and right so mymom trys calling her mom and says i need your help she says i cant go. finally the cops come but yet now my grandma comes and even though she wasnt there she says my mom started the fight and bla blah blah. so my uncle takes my mom to court and they say you have 6 months to move out if you pay the last 2 months utillites but he says no so the judge gives him about a week. so a week comes and we go over there to go see if he left he did but he had a huge mess so the whole summer we had to clean it all up he had huge wholes in the wall my my painted every room and paid people to fix it up. also my uncle took everything of my grandpas like quarters from back in the 1800 and antique plates ext. i got one of my grandpas trucks for collage and a pocket watch and my uncle gets a bed pictures and it all what ever he didnt want the tyhrew on the floor. so after we were done fixing it up my mom let one of her friends moved in when they were moving she yells at everyone and says this is stupid but before the fight she was all for it.so my uncle moves in with her yet he still doesnt work. also he took money out of my grandpas cd about 14,000 dollars and yet some of it goes to his car. i dont know the exact amout that hes suppost to have from my grandpa but i think its less than 14,000 and those quarters are proably about 100 dollars each. even though my uncle cant see his kids cause he cant pay his child support my grandma pushs away the grand kids she does have. also he eneded up going to jail for about a week for his depts in child supporty but yet my grandma still bails him out. christmas is the same thanmsging isnt the same nither is me birthday. i think about it everyday i just need to know whos doing the right thing
