Thrush Mouth, I Need to know if i should be admitted to a hospital,since it is in my throat and my stomach.?

I have a severe case of thrush mouth. Also, i have had menstral bleeding and, a rapid production of yeast that even after four treatments, will not go away. The thrush is in my throat,and may be in my stomach. How can i clear this up? I also have a history of Lupus,and my stomach is severly swollen. The thrush is vert painful,as well as the pain in my stomach.
