Best engine swap for 240sx s14?

I was looking in to a new very high power engine that i can find for under $2000. I was looking into the rb series or the sr series. Please help. I was wondering how musch work it would take toput one in. I am very interested in the engine from the rb23 skyline engine, but wondering if it being righthand drive will be a costly problem.
