Can I keep a bed deliverd to my house if not mine. If I sign for it will i face jail or fine?

Dreams ****** up our order. The courier company say they will deliver a bed on Friday. Should I sign for it and keep it as they have ****** up the order; am i entitled to it? Is it legal, will I be Jailed or fined? Thank you.
