Am i crazy or just not normal?
Some of this might just be general teenage moodiness. Everyone has their things. You should definitely get the paranoia and delusions checked out though. For sure. Don't freak out, ask your parents for a therapist or see your school therapist. If you don't want to talk about it, keep a journal of the things you do that freak you out everyday. Record what was happening, the time, and how it made you feel when it ended. ANYTHING that seems questionable until you get a therapist. JUST ASK THEM TO TAKE YOU. :] They should agree. And I think they kind of deserve to know whats going on, you know
