Why would a boy constantly talk about me this way?

Tyler is a year younger than me(16), and I suppose he's nice and easy to talk to. I talk to him everyday in yearbook, and I know it gets to the point to where we are actually flirting at times. I get told that he talks about me a lot, and tells his friends the things I tell him, even personal things! Tyler also often tells his friends, "She loves me more than you!" I don't get it! Does he look up to me, possibly? I've also been told that I act like his mom, and he has a bad relationship with his mom. Haha this has been really pestering me! Tell me what you think!
