Do you think the ati or intel graphics are better on the dell610?

Do you think the ati or intel graphics are better on the dell610 cause my friend has delld600 and the graphics on there are ati 32mb and I can play need for speed carbon on it and on my laptop that has the intel graphics it will go in then go back out to the desktop and say NFC.exe cause a error send or donot send.
