If boys are strong, then girls are?

I was looking up names, and I wanted a "good, strong" name for the boy's names, but I didn't know what to search for for the girl's names. I mean, I don't want a strong name for a girl (aka butch) but I don't want anything frilly either. What word would you replace for "strong" when searching for a girls name?
