My friend bleached my hair blonde but i no longer want it like this...?

Last week i went to my friends Beauty school because had been begging me to let her color my hair...so i went and she was going to lighten it and do blonde highlights because my hair was brown... but she had a hard time doing it (even her instructors didnt know what to do) cause it took forever for my hair to lighten with the bleach it was like a bright orange!!! so she just left it blonde and put a toner on top which left my hair looking kinda ashy i even see a lil green in it!!! and i dont like it..what should i do? is it bad if i color it again? my hair didnt get much damage but now i dont know if i should go back to brunette or maybe even burgundy or maybe a light brown???
