How can i keep my puppy hydrated and fed?

We took her to the vet 4 days ago and she gave us antibiotics and told us she just had mild kennel cough. but she is still coughing up clear spit, and now she coughing up green slime. And she cant keep anything down,she just throws it right back up, even water.
