Do italians eat this in italy?

I'm Italian and we don't eat all this things because we follow the 'dieta mediterranea' and so we eat a lot of vegetables, fish, fruit ecc ecc of course we eat foods like pizza and meat but two-three times a week we like to be healthy on food!
